By integrating HDMI 2.1 and DP 1.4 interfaces with a brand-new 2026 firmware upgrade, the DC505 delivers rock-solid stability and out-of-the-box compatibility with over 95% of modern monitors. But we didn't stop there. This latest iteration introduces two major hardware-level upgrades: an integrated video capture card and advanced EDID injection & editing capabilities.

Real-world note: Most displays will hit these targets. A small number of monitors may be limited to 4K@120Hz, 1440p@240Hz, or 1080p@480Hz.

Special Compatibility Note (NVIDIA RTX 50 Series):
We have addressed previous signal concerns. The DC505 eliminates screen flickering when paired with NVIDIA RTX 50 Series GPUs.
Please Note: For certain RTX 5070 Ti and higher GPUs (as well as some newer laptops), users may need to switch to 12G×4 mode for optimal signal integrity.
